finding rest
FINALLY, the term break is almost here. this is exciting! this term has been so tiring. maybe coz i had to do my portfolio and almost 2 presentations and with the rest of the projects. now there's even no time for lunch. but i really thank god for bringing me thru! sometimes i wished i can put in more time in my work to do a better job, but it seems that there is always not enough time and i am always too tired to go further. well, the holidays are here, so finally getting some rest! know i haven't been updating so enjoy! so i am gg to mass blog now!

met up with agnes in the begining of the year, she's really a darling sister. i guess i dont mind listening to her over and over again because she's so truthful and real. hope that she's doing fine in her last sem in ntu!

me and josh had seafood with elisa, xm, shao and becks. had fun catching up! all of them are same yet different. esp elisa, she's still as tai tai-sh and motherly haha. yummy sea food but i don't have pictures of the damage done. it will be great to go back to tp for seafood again!

welcome back home
xuewei is back from china after one sem of studying at zhe jiang uni! really happy for her and proud of her having survived. xue wei's in our cell group so we had a cell group gathering at weiren's house and made a nice banner to hold when we pick her from the airport! agpc as usual caused lots of chaos at the airport. It was a little embarrassing to hold the banner. oh my. and the funny thing, we tried to take multiple shots so that when she comes out the camera would flash continuously at her. ironically, in our frenzy, there was no shots of her! but we were screaming her name like she's a star. the star of agpc ;)

now that xuewei is back, grace is gg off to australia! curtin! at perth. she finally could further her studies after working for so long! will miss her and her emo states! all the best! hopefully will visit you one day, and shine for the Lord!

winnie is 22! finally (she has an age phobia). had a western dinner at the vines. really great catching up though we see each other in church, seldom get to sit and talk. the food's not too bad for the price ;) had dessert at selegie soyabean! great stuff. and its so crowded! and they had to chase us out... how NICE!

chi new yr maddness
pardon me but i really don't like chinese new yr. i mean the food, the family gatherings is nice, but i find it too tiring when u have to entertain everyone. and such a contradiction when people only gather once a year? why wait till chi new yr? there are uncles and aunties who still don't know what schools their niece or newphews are studying? and is weird to go into homes and people don't even bother talking much and entertaining you. sooner or later the chinese new yr tradition will be gone. oh wells. still if only chinese new yr is like christmas.

me and my sister! i'm glad we look different sometimes. at least i feel unique. but many people are saying that i look like my mother. maybe coz of my hair.



joshua's newphew. super cutie! at first he was super quiet. then he became super noisy. and the way he plays with the ball is scary. totally adorable. maybe all kids are cute, but there are only some that really catches my attention. however after playing with him for a long time, the afternoon i was really tired. kids really need lots of attention which is super tiring. you just can't stop them from being so hyper.



visiting at xuewei's house for our cell group outing. we ended up watching tv! after that drove them to wei ren's house and we watched local chinese drama! glad that wei ren's mum made chicken wings ;)
